At One World Conservation, we believe that it is important to know the ins and outs of a professional observation. As such, we created a training manual for our observation teams. We have opted to make this available to the public, so that anyone can have the necessary tools to see the world through a conservationist’s eyes. This manual is a step-by-step guide to visiting captive facilities from a more objective standpoint. The information contained in this manual is pertinent to filing a complaint through the APHIS Animal Welfare division.

On our site, we have provided the tools for filing a USDA complaint. If you would feel more comfortable submitting your observations to One World for review, you may do so at observations@oneworldc.org. Please note, that in doing so, we must have photographic or video evidence accompanying the answered checklist included in the manual.

If you are interested in joining One World as an official observer, please contact us at a the above listed email.
